Customers' recipes and processing
methods are important factors affecting the performance of
baking powders. Our team can assist customers on or off site
with application support, process and recipe related issues,
together with new product development. In addition, our team
will also assist with legislative and regulatory questions,
nutritional information and ingredient declarations.
With a degree in Chemistry, and
extensive experience in the bakery industry, Director
Dinnie Jordan leads the Kudos team's scientific approach to
the evaluation of problems and new product development.
